Erica’s Professional Background
Erica Green is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. In addition to private practice , she is the Manager for Franciscan Health’s Employee Assistance Program in Central Indiana. In this role, she provides counseling to employees and their household members, provides training and crisis support for the organization, and supports leaders through consultation.
Erica believes in the inherent worth of every individual and strives to assist them in furthering insight into their own strengths and resilience to overcome challenges.
Erica holds a master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana University.
